Condition Monitoring Observer Reporting - these in the field reports help the National Weather Service and NOAA gauge what is happening- a ground truthing effort and your help is needed. you can report ag crop, garden, yard, stream, lake and pond status and much, much more.

Condition Monitoring Observer Reports on Drought (CMOR-Drought) is a tool that allows citizen scientists to submit observation reports relating to drought, which are presented in a map that can be used to view and access submitted information and attachments.
