It is that time of year again — 8th grade graduation is quickly approaching, and we need your help to make it run as smoothly as possible!
🎓 EES PTO Presents: Pay It Forward for Grade 8 Graduation 🎓
Help Us Build a Tradition of Support!
The EES PTO is excited to announce year two of our Pay It Forward System for Grade 8 Graduation!
Each year, we will be seeking 6-8 parents of seventh graders to volunteer in two key areas:
👷♀️ Set-Up, Serving, & Clean-Up
Help during the event! A point person will always be present to guide you through everything—so you won’t be alone. We will need volunteers for set up and volunteers for serving and clean up. Set up includes plating the snacks ahead of time, decorations and helping make the balloon arch. Serving and clean-up: you must be present throughout the ceremony and ready to serve when the ceremony is complete.
🍪 Baked Goods & Drinks - open to all grades
A few weeks before graduation, we’ll need donations of baked goods and beverages to help make the celebration special. This is open to all grades!

We already have a volunteer serving as the point person, but we are still looking for a few additional volunteers to assist with setup and cleanup. We are also in need of bakers to provide some yummy treats for the celebration.
