No entry fee, prizes for best costumes, 50/50 raffle, food (chili dogs, the best corn chowder, sodas, and more). 3:30-6 pm on May 16th.

Heartfelt Greetings and Heartsmart Screenings!

All are invited to attend the Commission on aging Signing of Valentines, next Tuesday, February 10th at the Ashford Senior Center from 11am to 12 noon.

In addition to signing valentine messages for Tia Phillips, PA-C will be on-site to take blood pressure readings for anyone requesting. Also the Northeast District board of health will be on site with additional information and offering the opportunity to sign up for a 3 part seminar to obtain a free blood pressure monitor.

Please join the fun in our warm cozy senior center on Tuesday at 11am. Heart-Healthy refreshments to follow.
