💙 Holding Hope: Your Grief, Your Pace 💙
Losing someone you care about can be one of life’s most difficult experiences. Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and different for everyone. You do not have to navigate it alone.
Central Illinois Resource Center, in partnership with Hope From Horses Counseling, invites teens and young adults to join Holding Hope: Your Grief, Your Pace, a free virtual grief support group designed to provide a safe, supportive, and understanding environment for those experiencing loss.

To participate, simply complete our enrollment form so we can learn a little about you and provide your Zoom meeting information:

After submitting your enrollment form, a member of the Central Illinois Resource Center or Hope From Horses Counseling team will contact you within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
