Enough Stuff is looking for a creative, community-minded storyteller to take the reins on our social media presence. As our Social Media Coordinator, we need someone to capture the daily energy of our free store, share our mission, and keep our growing online community engaged across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos; write engaging text; and design graphics right from the shop floor.

Storytelling: Highlight day-to-day moments, volunteer stories, and community impacts to showcase the heart and mission of the free store.

Multi-Platform Management: Adapt and cross-post content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to maximize reach.

Community Engagement: Monitor posts to respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and general inquiries.

Triage & Escalation: Identify and forward sensitive, high-priority, or operational messages directly to the shop manager or board members as needed.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (portfolio, sample links, or personal accounts welcome).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, authentic tone.

Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or native platform editors).

High organizational skills to handle incoming messages and triage communications efficiently.

Passion for community support, sustainability, and resource sharing.
