We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s 365 REAL Model of the Year Honoree is Arron Muller, LCSW, an award-winning psychotherapist, educator, and community leader dedicated to transforming the way we think and talk about mental health. As the CEO and Founder of Modify Wellness, Inc., Arron has created innovative programs that provide accessible mental health education and support across New York City, with a focus on equity and culturally responsive care.

This award recognizes black men who exemplify integrity, character, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to selfless service within their community. Arron Muller embodies these qualities perfectly representing what a 365 REAL MODEL stands for.
