What an incredible day! We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for the first-ever Move with MADD Vermont on August 30th!

From our participants and families to our volunteers, sponsors, supporters, and everyone who helped make the day possible—we couldn’t have done it without you to raise over $9,000!! Your presence, energy, and commitment helped make this inaugural event truly special.

Together, we walked, moved, remembered, and stood united in the fight to end impaired driving and create safer roads for everyone.

Today, we remember the lives forever changed by impaired driving this September. We honor those who were taken too soon and stand beside the families, friends, and loved ones who continue to carry their memories in their hearts.

Every life lost leaves a lasting impact. Their stories remind us why we must continue working together to prevent impaired driving and make our roads safer for everyone.

It is our pleasure to host our 2nd Annual "Write Your Grief" journaling session on September 2, 2026 at 5:30pm EST.

Led by Kristin Vanderlip—a bereaved mother, veteran military spouse, certified writing coach, and founder of Pen & Mend—this session offers thoughtful prompts, a repeatable framework, and the quiet companionship of fellow grievers.

This private virtual session is created especially with the MADD community in mind, offering space to navigate the unique losses and grief carried here. No writing or journaling experience is required. Together, we will slow down and write to create space for honesty, expression, and love.
