After School Program Coordinator (Part-Time)
The Bell Tree is seeking a warm, reliable, and organized individual to lead our After School Program beginning September 1, 2026.
Position Details
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–5:30 PM, plus preparation and cleanup time as needed
School Calendar: Follows the Sherburne-Earlville School District calendar, including emergency closings and early dismissals
Weekly Hours: Approximately 15 hours
Compensation: $20 per hour, paid bi-weekly
Position Overview
The Bell Tree's After School Program provides a simple, supervised space where children in Pre-K through Grade 6 can enjoy open play, have a snack, and complete homework if needed.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for:
Creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for children
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants
Managing the daily flow and organization of the program
Communicating program needs and updates to the Board
Providing general reporting regarding the program
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, organized, and enjoys working with children. Experience with children or youth programs is preferred but not required.
