🧠 The Tri County Chamber is excited to announce that Creative Pathways Therapy, LLC, now offers Brainspotting.🦋

Brainspotting, was developed by Dr. David Grand in 2003, It is a therapeutic approach that uses specific eye positions to help individuals access and process emotional trauma, distress, and other deeply stored experiences within the brain and body.

This approach is based on the idea that “where you look affects how you feel.” Through identifying “brainspots,” clients can process unresolved emotions, increase self-awareness, and support emotional healing in a safe and supportive environment.

Brainspotting may help with:

✨ Anxiety and stress
✨ OCD symptoms
✨ ADHD support
✨ Autism support
✨ Emotional regulation
✨ Performance issues
✨ Grief and difficult life experiences
