Dear Supporters,

We regret to inform you that two of our TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) cats have tested positive for panleukopenia. In light of this situation, we have decided to temporarily suspend all rescue activities for the next 14 days to ensure the safety and well-being of our remaining animals.

As a result, we will not be holding our event at PetSmart this coming Saturday, the 3rd. However, we are pleased to announce that we will collaborate with PetSmart (located at 7501 SW Dartmouth St, Tigard, OR) to feature a selection of foster cats in their adoption center on Saturday. These cats are not affected, as they have never been in contact with the TNR cats.

If you have any questions or concerns about panleukopenia or our rescue protocols, please don't hesitate to reach out.

**Public Service Announcement:**

We urge everyone to be very careful about whom you give your kittens to. Recently, we have had a heartbreaking experience where two individuals gave away free kittens to people who own reptiles or aggressive dogs. This isn't fair to the kittens, as they deserve a safe, loving environment.

Please remember to spay and neuter your cats. If you have kittens that need homes, consider working with a rescue organization instead of giving them away for free. It's essential to ensure these little ones go to responsible, caring families.

This beautiful girl needs a home of her own. Lady, as we call her, is a beautiful two- to three-year-old black and white semi-fluffy sweetheart. She's had a rough start in life, but now we will make sure that she finds a forever home that will treat her as she deserves. She does enjoy sun-bathing on the patio but prefers spending most of her time indoors with her foster Mom. She is ready for a trial adoption when the right human shows up.
