Piggies in a Blanket We are a small guinea pig foster/rescue in Newberg, Oregon.

Our focus is on piggies that need rehomed (no matter the reason, no judgement), and to provide a safe and happy home for them, until we find their perfect forever home.

Hey friends! It's been awhile for sure, and although I had intended to frequently update you on all the things, life absolutely got in the way. I've been missing these little nuggets a lot, and even though I am not in the position to take on as many piggies as I had in care before (this is a time constraint issue, not a lack in ability to care for them financially). I am ready to take some cases on.
I am very well aware that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to rehome your furry little loves. We would love to be that opportunity and special place for your little nugget. You can browses through our page and see just how incredibly loved, spoiled and well taken care of your pet will be if surrendered to our rescue. I have a special place in my heart for the Seniors, and they always stay with me until it is their time.

It is done friends. Mr. Sketch has been adopted. As previously posted we will not be intaking indefinitely. It has been our utmost pleasure to have rescued, rehabilitated and cared for hundred of these precious little nuggets over the past several years. Please, dont stop sending me pictures.
I'm going to leave this page up, as I would consider taking an extreme case here and there. I'm always open to advising and giving recommendations.

Hi friends! It's been a little bit since I posted. Wanted to make sure I keep you all updated on rescue things. We've got one single boy available. Sketch is around a year old. I've changed his habitat and we are working really hard with him socially. He's a very good boy and really coming around and not being so timid and scared.
Once Sketch has been adopted we will be putting all intakes on an indefinite hold. We've had a great run with the rescue, but life is busy for us now. I want to be sure to always provide pristine care to any of these little nuggets in our care and at this time I am unable to commit to that. Your support has been amazing and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

These precious girls have been in care for several months, many times passed over because they're older. It's never a worry, when we take in elder piggies, we expect they will cross over in our care. I'm absolutely thrilled to say that these sweet girls were adopted today! 👏👏👏 They will be missed but it is always our mission that they will find their forever homes.

The girls have decided that the thing to do every single morning is to bash their cage until they get cookies (vitamin C). This starts around 5am, until my husband gets up. He is the keeper of the cookies 😂
