What is your business worth—and what are you doing today to increase its value tomorrow?

During Week 10 of SBII Cohort 1: Leadership & Operational Excellence, participants explored Exit Strategy & Enterprise Value, gaining insights into business valuation, succession planning, and long-term value creation.

Thank you to Manuel Kingsly of Questus Group, Reese Fick and Jonathan Clark of Edward Jones, Jewel Williams of Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Steven Less of Georgia Gwinnett College, and Robert Fullerton, CPA for sharing their expertise.

One lesson stood out: successful exits begin long before you're ready to leave your business.

The businesses that scale successfully don't leave growth to chance.

This week, SBII Cohort 1 focused on Technology & Data Infrastructure, helping participants evaluate the systems, processes, and tools that support sustainable growth. From automation and AI to cybersecurity and operational efficiency, the conversation centered on creating stronger foundations for long-term success.

The takeaway was simple: businesses grow faster and more effectively when their operations are built to support the future, not just manage the present.
