In 2018, there were bullet holes in the windows here. Closed doors. Scared families.

Every Saturday since, teams like the ones in this reel have walked routes through two Gwinnett County neighborhoods, knocking on door after door and listening to what families face.

That's the whole strategy: keep showing up. After years of Saturdays, there are open doors, no reported crimes, and young people reaching their dreams and showing up for the next generation.
