🚨 URGENT: 48 HOURS TO SAVE PONCHO & LEFTY — EMERGENCY FOSTERS NEEDED! 🚨

💔 TWO sweet boys. 48 hours. Their lives are on the line.

Poncho and Lefty are currently in Memphis, Texas, and are at risk of euthanasia within the next 48 hours. We are desperately searching for emergency fosters to get these boys somewhere safe before it’s too late.

Neither of these dogs has done anything wrong. They are young, friendly, loving boys who deserve so much more than having their lives cut short simply because they have nowhere to go.

Both boys came from a hoarding situation and have already been through so much. Now, through no fault of their own, they’re facing another heartbreaking situation.

🆘 WE NEED EMERGENCY FOSTERS NOW!

You do NOT have to commit to adopting! Even providing a temporary safe place could buy us the time we need to find a permanent home or rescue placement.

💉 Vaccination and neuter statuses are being confirmed.

We cannot wait until the last minute. These boys need somewhere safe to go, and they need it NOW.

Please don’t assume someone else will step up. Sometimes the difference between life and death for a shelter dog is simply ONE person willing to open their home.

COME ON DOWN! Meet Bob Barker 🐾

Bob Barker got his second chance just in time, and now this sweet little guy is looking for the family who gets to give him the rest of his life. ❤️

Bob is estimated to be 6 months old or younger and is currently being fostered in Dripping Springs, Texas. He’s recovering from being significantly underweight, but despite a rough start, he is an incredibly social little puppy who loves kids and gets along beautifully with other dogs.

He’s learning all the important puppy things now—walking nicely on a leash, house training, and discovering that dinner happens every single day. 😂 He’s VERY enthusiastic about that last lesson, so Bob currently eats from a slow feeder and separately from his canine friends while he learns that nobody is going to take his food away.

Bob loves being near his people and isn’t a huge fan of being left alone just yet, but he slept peacefully in his crate overnight when it was placed in the bedroom with his foster family.

He’s still very much a puppy: affectionate, social, adaptable, and eager to learn. He just needs someone willing to keep showing him what it feels like to be safe, loved, and part of a family.

We are actively looking for an adopter for Bob! His foster family in Dripping Springs is happy to meet with interested families so you can spend some time with him and see if he may be the right fit. We also allow foster-to-adopt situations for approved homes if you’d like a little time to make sure it’s a good match before making things official.

Bob Barker survived the hardest part. Now he just needs his person. 🥹❤️

And yes—Bob Barker will be neutered. Obviously. 😂

Super proud of our FFR team of volunteers! 👏👏👏👏🥹They rallied and managed to save all four pups in Childress. Two went into foster with great families near Austin. New foster families who responded to our plea. 💕💕💕💕One is heading to a foster in Austin this week 🩷 and the last one was saved by another rescue 🩷🐶. And folks, it is only Sunday morning! PUPDATE: ALL 4 ARE SAFE. So much thanks to everyone that offered to foster 😘🐶🐶🐶🐶 SOS 😭😭😭Hi Everyone, it appears the City of Childress has torn down its kennels at the pound. These four young puppies 🩷🩷🩷🩷are currently on death row. On Monday, they will be euthanized. Can you foster one? Two? Or all? This is a desperate situation that we were only made aware of today. We will pay for food and vetting. Please contact us! And share, share, share ‼️‼️‼️

Lefty is approximately 1 year old and around 30 lbs. He came from the same hoarding situation as Poncho, and despite everything, this handsome boy is ready for a fresh start and a family to call his own. He also loves other dogs and people!

We are still confirming some of his vetting information, but if Lefty is not already neutered, we are working on getting that taken care of. ❤️

🚨 ROXY & ROSCOE NEED OUR HELP GETTING TO SAFETY! 🚨
These two beautiful faces are Roxy & Roscoe. 🐾❤️

Not long ago, they were facing euthanasia. Now, they have something they desperately needed: a safe place waiting for them in Montana. They have the opportunity to leave the uncertainty behind and head to a wonderful safe haven where they'll be cared for and given the future they deserve.

The only thing standing between them and safety is getting them there.
Transporting Roxy & Roscoe from Texas to Montana will cost approximately $500, and we're asking our amazing rescue community to help us cover their ride.
