DE Thrives is a program shared by DPH, DHMIC and partner organizations. They’re all connected. Here, you’ll find resources to help you make healthy choices for yourself and to take healthy action in your community. DE Thrives connects you with resources, programs and social networks for reproductive life planning, having a healthy pregnancy, raising healthy babies and more. Wherever you are on your breastfeeding journey, we’re celebrating YOU this Breastfeeding Awareness Month! Remember to be patient with yourself. Send this to a mom who deserves a little reminder too. Delaware Division of Public Health - DPH

There’s no one way to breastfeed.

This Breastfeeding Awareness Month, we’re celebrating every journey because no two journeys are the same.

For the moms pumping in the middle of the night. For the moms labeling bottles to bring to the NICU. For the moms who tried but needed to supplement. And for every journey in between.

Whatever your journey looked like, it’s valid.

Give yourself some credit. You’re doing more than you think, and you deserve support along the way. 💜 Send this to a mom who deserves that reminder, too.
