Essentially, the DoverComm page is where I, the founder intend to build a stronger sense of community in my new hometown of Dover Delaware. This page will serve as a bulletin board for participants to exchange ideas, buy, sell, barter, trade and advertise needs and services, as well as list events. Future manifestations include some form of periodical, and physical structures to serve as meeting places, which may include services and goods.
