🍅 Diced tomatoes
🍠 Sweet potatoes or yams
🥣 Stuffing
🥫 Gravy
🥫 Cream of mushroom soup
🍒 Cranberry sauce
🥧 Pie filling and crusts
🧁 Baking mixes
🍝 Pasta sauce
🍜 Egg noodles
🧃 Juice

A few items make a big difference. When you’re donating food, some shelf-stable items help families prepare meals with dignity and ease include:
• Canned vegetables (low sodium if possible)
• Canned protein like tuna or chicken
• Peanut butter
• Rice or pasta
• Cereal

On September 30th, the Iowa County Food Pantry was blessed to have volunteers from Lands' End join us to help stock and inventory incoming food! By volunteering it helps the SWCAP team to make sure nutritious food is available to people in our community! Thank you, Lands' End!!
