Come see Pastor Cassie down at OSF’s Nourish the Journey 5k event at Page Park in Dixon this morning!

Side note: Booths at community events are becoming very common for us. Since we don’t have a budget outside of direct donation and we make sure that money goes directly to purchasing emergency supplies, if you want to donate so we can get some supplies for events like these let Pastor Cassie know!

We had the honor of making our first ever drop off at the hospital this week for a brand new babe!

Did you know our flyer is included in the resource packet new moms receive at OSF here in Dixon? We are here for you right from the start!

Hey, that’s us!! 😊

Happy October!

The DPS #170 Wellness Committee’s focus for the month of October is Hygiene. Throughout the month, we will be sharing helpful information, tips, and resources to support the health and wellness of our students, staff, and families.

To kick off the month, we wanted to highlight a few local resources that may be helpful for families who need assistance with hygiene or other basic necessities:
• Dignity Drive of Dixon – Check them out on Facebook
• Goodfellows
• Lee County Health Department
• Your school nurse is also a great resource and can help connect families with additional support.

Please reach out should you have a family in need, and I will work to find a community resource that can help. We have many great organizations and individuals throughout our community who are willing to support our families when a need arises.
Thank you for continuing to look out for our students and families and helping connect them with the resources they may need.

Hi all! We now have an Amazon wishlist for items we go through regularly if you'd like to help us out! Some items are for specific individuals with particular sensitivies and others are just ones we go through quickly (particulary the maxi pads and wipes) If you'd care to order, you should be able to ship donations directly to church! Thanks!!

Does anyone have a little who could use these?

This was such an awesome event to be a part of! At one point I got bit emotional looking around and knowing I was in a (BIG) room full of people who were simply there to make sure the kids in our community have what they need to succeed and feel safe, loved, and taken care of. I love our community!
