We are saddened by the death of our friend and colleague, Rosalie “Rosie” Jahner. Rosie gave 40 years of her life to ABLE, and her impact on our organization and the people around her has been tremendous.

Rosie filled various roles in her time at ABLE as a DSP, Residential Manager, then brought her experience to HR support at the main office before her current role of leading our maintenance team. Across every role, Rosie touched many lives. Her commitment and the relationships she built will be remembered by the people we support, their families, and all of us who had the privilege of working with her.

Visitation will be 5 pm - 7 pm, Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Dickinson, ND, with a prayer service at 6:00 pm.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am, Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Church in Lefor, ND. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery.

Rosie will be greatly missed. Please keep her family, friends, and everyone at ABLE who is grieving her in your thoughts.
