Buddy Peacock and Alvo T. Haggerty are down-and-out conmen grifting their way across the Great State of Texas. They're much better at throwing away money than at stealing it.

They find themselves run out of the prosperous commercial hub of Texarkana, where there had been plenty of pockets to pick. Soon, they will arrive - very much against their will - in the sleepy lakeside hamlet of Possum Kingdom, where a barn spontaneously combusted a few weeks before and the sock factory closed a long time ago.

Buddy and Alvo can always weasel their way into a new scheme, but can they weasel their way back out again?

SAVE THE DATE! Auditions for our spring show are coming to the Belfield Theater on March 16 from 5-7 pm. “Revival at Possum Kingdom Community Church” by Linda LaRocque will stage on Mother’s Day weekend, May 8-10.
