It’s little early to be talking about Christmas but here we are!

We just wanted to drop a save the date on your timeline that we’re putting on another Christmas’s Tree Lighting event and you’re invited. ✨

We decided to bring the joy of Christmas and camaraderie to the Grand River every year as a new tradition for Grandmont Rosedale.

More info to come and we hope to see you there 👋🏽

Request a tree from City of Detroit! 🌳

The City of Detroit is now accepting new street tree requests for 2027 planting. You can be a part of increasing the tree canopy and adding more greenery to your neighborhood.

Why is this important?

💨 Cleaner air: Trees help capture particulate matter and other air pollutants.

🚶🏽 More shade: More trees mean more shade for walks around the neighborhood, especially on hot summer days.

✨ Less noise: Trees can help dampen sound, making neighborhood streets feel a little quieter.

Take a screenshot to scan the QR or check the link in our bio to request a tree and help make your block a little greener! 🌱
