A reminder that high school boys and girls state track will be occurring at Drake Stadium starting on Thursday through Sunday

Join us at our community meeting tonight at 6:30 pm at the Polk County Central Senior Center (corner of Forest and MLK)!

We have packed schedule! We will have a candidate forum for Iowa Senate District 17: Samy for Iowa, Grace for Iowa, and Langston for Senate. Additionally, Invest DSM will continue the discussion on plans for the development at Kingman and 31st and we will debrief on Drake Relays, among other topics.

Invest DSM takes your comments seriously, and the Drake Neighborhood Association is an established and effective group to reflect on and channel neighborhood opinion. A huge shout out and Thank You to Bailey’s lawn and Landscape who came and helped the Drake Neighborhood finish cleaning up Kingman Blvd so we could get ready to plant! You Rock!!!

They did an excellent job and we can’t thank them enough for all their hard work!! Thanks for being a great neighbor!!
