Dear Friends and Colleagues,

After nearly 32 years of serving the legal community, I’ve made the decision to transition ownership of Susan Frye Court Reporting. Effective July 1, the company will be owned and operated by three people you already know and trust: Jessi Lass, Sarah Olson, and Erin Weitl. Together this team brings 66 years of experience to the work we do for you.

This was not a decision I made lightly. Court
reporting has been my life’s work, and the relationships I’ve built with each of you have meant more to me than I can easily put into words. What gives me complete confidence in this next chapter is that the company will remain in the hands of the very people who have already been delivering the accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness you’ve come to expect. In addition, the same top-notch team of court reporters will remain intact.

Nothing about how you work with us will change. The same team will handle your scheduling, your transcripts, and your billing, and you can continue to reach us at 515-284-1972 or [email protected]. Jessi, Sarah, and Erin are fully committed to upholding the gold standard this firm was built on, and they have asked me to remain in a mentoring capacity for the next year to ensure a seamless transition.
