On October 2, 2026, DPMYC members David Price and Jordan Murphy hosted the DF95 East Hampton Invitational at Sears Park on Lake Pocotopaug in East Hampton, CT, drawing a fantastic turnout of 14 skippers on the starting line who successfully completed a half-dozen races. A special thanks goes to DPMYC members Kevin and Jack for providing the buoys, to Christine for handling rescue services from the paddleboard, and to Bill for bringing his backup kayak, which thankfully didn't need to be deployed. After a great day on the water, the skippers enjoyed a scenic lunch at the Lakeside Bar & Grill. Be sure to save the date for another sail at Sears Park on Friday, October 30th!
