Reasonable Service/Extended Hands Reasonable Service is a faith based 501c3 non-profit organization designed to assist and meet the needs of hurting humanity who face life controlling problems.

Founded in 2005, incorporated in 2006, Reasonable Service is a faith based 501c3 non-profit organization designed to assist and meet the needs of hurting humanity. The major problems that hurting humanity is facing are hunger, homelessness, the lack of adequate clothing, and mental, physical and substance abuse. Other target populations include the aging, female offenders, and ex-offenders, those

involved in juvenile delinquent behavior and unplanned teen pregnancy. OBJECTIVE
Our intent is to detour society from these life controlling obstacles and address the whole person by providing program/curriculum to generate individual productivity to not just change behavior, but to change hearts and stop destructive cycles.

The Citizens Voluntary Advisory Committee on Data Centers (CVAC) is scheduled to meet for a public presentation on data centers within Macon County on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. This event will take place in the Decatur Civic Center Theater, located at 1 Gary K. Anderson Plaza, at which time a majority of a quorum of City Council members may be in attendance.

This is a presentation of CVAC and CVAC will conduct the proceedings. No action will be taken by the Decatur City Council at this event regarding any official city business. The public presentation will be live streamed at https://decaturil.gov/538/Live-Video-Stream and on the local government cable channel.

This creative Tuesday morning camp gives kids the chance to explore painting, printmaking, and tie-dyeing while making projects that give back to the community. It’s a fun way for young artists to stay creative this summer and use art to spread kindness.

Minimum donation of $1 firearm lockbox. Open to the community. Must show proof of Decatur, IL address and a youth in a surrounding school. 75 firearm lockboxes available. Must participate in the firearm safety seminar and demonstration of the device. A light lunch will be provided.
