This coming Monday, we will be treated to an amazing solar eclipse! As always your SAFETY should come first.
If you decide to view, please make sure to use eclipse filter glasses over your eyes. DO NOT use regular sunglasses! (they do not protect for eclipse viewing).
Once the retina is damaged and scarred from gazing at the sun or eclipse, there is no cure. For the rest of their life, people with a damaged retina will not be able to read, lack color vision, and have a central blind spot in their vision.

Protect your eyes and prevent blindness! Be on the safe side and use indirect viewing (a pinhole box).

Glasses for viewing can be purchased at your local Kroger or Wal-Mart. **

If you have any questions or comments regarding the eclipse and eye safety, please do not hesitate to comment below or message us !
