🌎 SAFEGUARDING THOSE WHO SERVE

Behind every missionary serving on the field should be a network of people committed to their safety.

Missionaries around the world face challenges that extend beyond the normal demands of ministry—political instability, civil unrest, crime, natural disasters, and unexpected emergencies.

At Circumspect Group Inc. (CGI), our mission is to help keep missionaries safe so they can remain focused on sharing the Gospel.

Through trusted intelligence, security assessments, missionary safety training, and crisis preparedness, our volunteer team supports mission organizations and the missionaries serving through them.

🙏 WE INVITE LOCAL CHURCHES TO PARTNER WITH US!

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry, CGI depends upon the generosity of those who share our burden for missionary safety.

Your church can help sustain this important ministry through:

✅ One-time missions offerings
✅ Monthly church support
✅ Individual charitable contributions
✅ Sharing our ministry with pastors and missions committees

You may never travel to the mission field, but you can help protect those who do.

💙 Partner with us in safeguarding those who serve.

I'm excited and grateful to share that ASIS International's Security Management magazine has published an interview highlighting the work of Circumspect Group Inc. (CGI) and our mission to help protect missionaries serving around the world.

When the Lord opened the door to establish CGI in 2021, I could not have imagined how He would bring together a dedicated group of Christian professionals willing to volunteer their time, talents, and experience to support missionaries and the organizations that send them.

Today, our small team supports mission organizations responsible for approximately 1,400 missionaries serving in more than 150 countries. Through intelligence reporting, security assessments, and practical risk management guidance, we seek to help missionaries remain safe and effective in the work God has called them to do.

While the article includes some of my personal and professional journey, the real story is about the incredible volunteers, ministry partners, and supporters who make this work possible. I am truly grateful for each of them.

I also want to thank Claire Meyer and ASIS International for taking an interest in our ministry and helping bring attention to an area of missionary support that often goes unnoticed.

Our goal has never been to tell missionaries where they should or should not serve. Rather, we want to provide mission leadership with the information and tools needed to understand the risks, make informed decisions, and continue fulfilling the Great Commission.

To God be the glory for what He has done and for the doors He continues to open!

I hope you'll take a few minutes to read the article and learn more about the ministry of Circumspect Group.

⚔️ “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” — Proverbs 27:17 (KJV)

I’m having a great time at the Risk Management Network 2026 Fall Conference in Dallas, Texas! 📍

It has been a wonderful time of professional development, fellowship, and fun. I’m thankful for the opportunity to learn from others, renew friendships, build new relationships, and exchange ideas with people committed to helping organizations manage risk wisely and faithfully. 🤝

I’m also bringing home valuable insights that will help Circumspect Group Inc. continue strengthening the safety, security, and preparedness of the missionaries and mission organizations we serve.

There is real value in gathering with others who challenge, encourage, and sharpen one another. I’m grateful for the fellowship and for all that the Lord continues to teach me through experiences like this. 🙏

Risk happens—discern faithfully! 🛡️

🌍 NEW BLOG & PODCAST RELEASE

The Hidden Mission Field: Why the Children of the Great Commission Need a Ministry of Their Own

When we think of missions, we often celebrate the parents who answer God's call to serve around the world. But what about the children who make that journey with them?

Missionary Kids (MKs) often face challenges that many never see—frequent moves, cultural transitions, identity struggles, loss of friendships, and the pressure of being the "perfect missionary family." Yet these young people are quietly living out the sacrifices of the Great Commission every day.

In our newest blog and podcast episode, we explore:
✅ The unique world of Third Culture Kids (TCKs)
✅ How constant transitions affect missionary children
✅ The hidden grief many MKs carry
✅ Biblical encouragement from the KJV
✅ Practical ways churches and families can support missionary kids

These children are not just along for the journey—they are a mission field of their own.

"Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." — 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)

We often celebrate the bold pioneers who cross oceans for the Gospel, but we sometimes overlook the small shadows walking beside them. While missionary parents answer a divine call to sacrifice comfort and security, their children—Missionary Kids (MKs)—live that sacrifice every single day, often...

America at 250: A Time for Reflection and Gratitude

As our nation celebrates its 250th birthday, it's worth asking a simple question:

What has truly made America exceptional?

Our newest Circumspect Group blog explores the Biblical principles that influenced our nation's founding, the importance of religious liberty, and why Christians can love their country while remembering that our highest allegiance belongs to the Kingdom of God.

"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above..." — James 1:17 (KJV)

May we celebrate America's remarkable heritage with thankful hearts, humble spirits, and unwavering faith in Jesus Christ.

🇺🇸 God Bless America.
✝️ God Bless His Church.

As the United States of America celebrates its 250th anniversary, it is fitting to reflect upon the Biblical bedrock that supported its foundation and the eternal perspective that should guide its citizens. While we take pride in the "choicest bounties of Heaven" bestowed upon this land, the Christi...

Tomorrow marks the start of the Forum on Education Abroad’s Annual Health, Safety, Security & Risk Management Institute, kicking off with its virtual conference!

We’re proud to share that Dr. Michelle Nathan, Chief Medical Officer at On Call International, will be presenting alongside Arizona State University’s Dan Hart in ‘Traveling With Medications: Ensuring Transparency & Preparedness.’ This session will explore how institutions can navigate the complexities of medication safety in today’s complex study abroad environment.

Attendees will leave with clear frameworks that foster trust and transparency around medication needs, best practices for medication management, and how to equip faculty with clear crisis-response protocols.

Hope to ‘see’ you there!
