ECARA members team up with Thompson Emergency Management/ Constables to provide a safe riding environment for the Bay State Riders on their “Raceway Ride” event in East Thompson. Approximately 40 horses and their riders and two buggy’s participated in the event. Thank you Valerie Clark for hosting the event.
