The wonderful folks at Elder's Ace Hardware in Varnell, GA have donated a Traeger Woodridge Pellet Grill w/WIFI to be raffled off to raise funds for our teachers in Whitfield County Schools.

The tickets are $10 ea, with proceeds being utilized to fund innovative teaching grants for the 2026-27 school year.

You can purchase your tix at wefga.org or through Venmo (please include your name & phone number using Venmo) WEF_WCS.

The raffle will be held in conjunction with the 32nd Annual WEF Golf Tournament, tomorrow, Monday, April 13, 2026 at the Dalton Golf & CC at 6 p.m.

You do not need to be present to win.

The Whitfield Education Foundation will be selling our remaining 50 Valentine Cake Pops Gift Boxes (Gift box of 6-2 Chocolate, 2 Vanilla, 2 strawberry) for $15 per box. They make a fine Valentine Gift for that special someone, family member, friend, neighbor, etc.
Proceeds from the sale will be utilized in funding innovative teaching grants within the Whitfield County School District for the 2026-2027 school year.
Orders should be made through Venmo (see QR Code) by Monday, Feb. 9th. Orders can be picked up at the Whitfield County Schools District Office, 3264 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA on Friday, February 13, 2026 before 2 p.m.

All proceeds from this and every event are used to support WCS teachers with innovative teaching grants!!

Our very own Sherriff, Darren Pierce will be representing the WC Sheriff's Department in this year's 13th Annual Celebrity Spelling!!

The event will be held on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025 in the Dalton Convention Center beginning with a great dinner at 6 p.m., followed by an entertaining, fun Spelling Bee!!

All proceeds from this event will be used to fund innovative teaching grants for our teachers and students within the Whitfield County School District.
