Fresh juice, whole foods, and a room full of encouragement in Lexington, Kentucky. 🍏

Our Lexington HealingStrong group, led by Katherine McCarty, hosted a local integrative nutrition coach who has owned a certified organic juice bar in town for over 10 years. She spoke on the importance of juicing and eating whole fruits and vegetables, especially organic, and even made fresh juice for everyone to try, showing just how simple it can be.

We love to see our community learning together!
