Coach Spotlight: Sam Stoner
Role: Football Director
Years in the League: Since 2019

Sam has been a part of CG Panthers Youth Football since his son, Ayden, began playing in 2019. Since then, he has dedicated his time to helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

Sam looks forward to watching players develop into great athletes by teaching strong fundamentals and helping them build a lifelong love for the game. As Football Director, he strives to support coaches and give them the tools they need to be successful leaders for their teams.

A former player at Bell County High School, Sam’s playing career was unfortunately cut short due to a knee injury. However, his passion for football led him into coaching, where he has served since 2020. During his time with the program, he assisted in the JV VFL Championship win in 2021 and has coached at multiple levels, including JV, Hoppers, and Cutters.

Sam’s dedication, leadership, and love for the sport continue to make a positive impact throughout the CG Panthers organization.
