🥾🌲 What a fantastic National Trails Day in Cumberland Gap! 🌲🥾

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our information tent at Gap Creek Coffee and joined us on today’s hike to the Tri-State Peak. It was wonderful meeting members of our community, sharing information about our local trails, and connecting with fellow outdoor enthusiasts who share a love for the outdoors.

The group hike was filled with great conversations, beautiful scenery, and plenty of smiles along the way. Seeing people of all ages come together to explore one of our region’s most iconic destinations reminds us why our trails are such a valuable part of our community.

Thank you to everyone who participated, and a special thank you to Erika for leading the hike and helping make the day a success.

We look forward to seeing you on the trails again soon!

Today we want to say thank you to everyone who has joined us—whether you’ve come out for outdoor adventures, volunteered at cleanups, supported our trail programs, made donations, or simply cheered us on along the way. Your support helps keep our trails thriving and our natural spaces protected.

Earth Day is a great reminder that even the small things matter. Keep picking up litter, staying on marked trails, respecting wildlife, and encouraging others to care for the outdoors we all love.

Together, we can continue to protect our planet and preserve these beautiful places for generations to come. đź’š

What a great day at the Avondale Park cleanup with Responsible Stewardship and the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park! 🌿

We had an amazing turnout, collected a a lot of trash, and definitely left the park better than we found it. It was a morning full of hard work, plenty of laughs, and even a few new friendships made along the way.

Thank you to everyone who came out to help support our community and keep the area beautiful—you all made a difference!💚🌎
