The Grand Reopening of Depot Park is this Saturday, and if you live within walking, biking, driving, or training distance of Downtown Crystal Lake, you’re invited! The new fountains will be on and Liv Antoinette & The Sticky Gumbo band will be in the new concert round. Mayor Haleblian will give a speech, the Crystal Lake Strikers will drum their drums, the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon cutting. There will be custom Crystal Lake cookies by Cheshire Cakes for as long as cookies last. And it’s all happening during the first Downtown Farmers Market of the season!

Farmers Market: 8 am - 1 pm
Grand Reopening Festivities: 10 am - 11 am
Liv Antoinette & The Sticky Gumbo Band: 9 am - 10 am; 11 am - 12 pm.

The Grand Reopening of Depot Park is this Saturday, and if you live within walking, biking, driving, or training distance of Downtown Crystal Lake, you’re invited! We’re excited to have Liv Antoinette and the Sticky Gumbo Band playing live music at the Depot Park Grand Re-Opening and opening day of the next Saturday, June 13!

SUMMER EVENT SERIES ANNOUNCEMENT!

With the new stage at the newly-renovated Depot Park, we’re excited to bring you Dusk at the Depot: THREE summer evening events on the third Thursday of June, July and August!

June 18, 6 PM - 8 PM: We’re kicking off this fun summer series with music by The DB's, a blues/bluegrass group!

July 16, 5 PM - 9 PM: Join us for an evening art fair, live jazz by the Peter Swensen Trio, and a performance by Judith Svalander Dance Theater.

August 20, 6 PM - 8 PM: Live music by Sara Jean Stevens & The Swamp Angels, an Americana group!

Grab some dinner and a blanket (or take advantage of the new three-tiered seating) and join us for good music and even better company in the heart of our downtown!
