Last weekend 7 of our scouts and 3 leaders camped at Mississinewa Lake near Peru Indiana. The scouts had a fun weekend attempting to escape from an aviation themed escape room at Grissom Air Museum. While they didn't escape they had fun learning some Indiana aviation history, then they explored the grounds. The scouts also ate some MRE's and appreciate what soldiers do for our country. Looking forward to our next adventure.

Tonight the scouts got to try out their broom ball brooms that they cut and taped up last week. They got a game started in the parking lot, and I believe they had fun. The adults had fun watching them.

Today the scouts made an ink pen out of wood and a lathe turner. Thank you to the The HUB NWI for allowing our scouts to invade your shop, and taking the time to work with them.

This weekend Troop 88 helped out at Camp Betz cub scout family camp. Scouts Alex, Nick, and Colton volunteered to work it this weekend. They work hard, had fun and made new friends. They did a great job at doing flags, good job Colton for calling it! This is Alex's 4th year, Nick's 2nd year, and Coltons 1st. They each earned 16 hours of service.
