The Crestview Rotary Club is part of Rotary International, the world's largest civic organization. Wh Our organization continues to place service above self.

Crestview Rotary is a group of civic-minded citizens who come together to find ways to make our community better. Our club is diverse, its' members are from all sectors of business, government, military, healthcare, and community organizations. We come together each week as friends with a shared purpose of learning about how we can be involved to make a difference in our community. We are committed to serving our community through charitable work in support of local organizations. As Rotarians, we are people of action and it shows. There are exciting things happening in Crestview Rotary, as a service organization, the projects we are working on will have a real-time impact on this community we serve. Crestview Rotary Is Here for Our Community

In the wake of Hurricane Isaias, our hearts are with our neighbors. If you or someone you know needs help, please reach out. You are not alone.

Crestview is partnering with FEMA at the community center to provide food and water to those in need. Supplies are desperately needed, and we’re asking for donations of food and water.

If you’re able, please give what you can. Every bit makes a difference.

Thank you, Tyler from SAFE in the Panhandle, for joining us Wednesday to share how they’re building sustainable funding — like their Christmas tree farm — to help eradicate human trafficking in our community.

🎄 New trees go in the ground Saturday, October 3rd, growing into future Christmas trees for years to come.

SAFE always welcomes support, volunteers, and opportunities to educate others on this critical work. Reach out if you’d like to get involved!

💙 Thank you to The Arc of the Emerald Coast for joining our Crestview Rotary lunch!

Their mission is simple and powerful: “To provide a path from disability to capability.” Serving Okaloosa and Walton Counties, they work to include children and adults with cognitive, intellectual, and developmental disabilities in every community, with a focus on abilities, respect, and choice.

We also learned about their upcoming fundraiser, Moon Walk2. Please keep an eye out for ways to get involved and support this great cause!

Never Forget: September 11, 2001

Today, the Crestview Rotary Club pauses to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001 — mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, neighbors, and friends whose lives were cut short by an act of unspeakable violence.

We also honor the firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and everyday citizens who ran toward danger instead of away from it. Their courage in the face of chaos reminds us of the very best, even on our darkest day.

To the military members, first responders, and veterans in our own Crestview community — thank you for your continued service and sacrifice in the years since. Your dedication carries forward the spirit of resilience this day demands.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember. We still honor. We still stand united.

🌟 What a lunch at Crestview Rotary! 🌟

We were so grateful to welcome Jessica McCormack from Junior League Emerald Coast as our guest speaker! Jessica shared how JLEC is developing the next generation of women leaders to create real, lasting impact right here in our community. 💛

She also opened our eyes to their Child Clothing Project — providing kids who qualify for free and reduced lunch with the clothing they need. Jessica shared just how powerful this project has been, coming face-to-face with the need in our own neighborhoods and getting to be part of the solution.

Thank you, Jessica, for reminding us why we do this work and for all that Junior League Emerald Coast does for local families! 🙌

This week we want to do an appreciation post for our recent past president Phillip Berezo! 🎉

We recognized him for the sacrifice and hard work he has done for our organization. People like Phillip are the reason Rotary has been built into a club zeroed-in on serving its community. His genuine care for others and those in need shine brightly!

🎉 What a fantastic Rotary lunch today! We were so grateful to welcome Tisha Melton, autism consultant with FSU’s Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD), as our guest speaker.

Tisha shared how CARD supports individuals and families across the entire Florida Panhandle — from educational and workforce readiness services to behavioral support — for both children and adults on the autism spectrum. If you or someone you know is looking for guidance or struggling to find resources, CARD is here to help! 💙

Tisha also shared the great work she does with a local group home for teens here in Crestview, offering a nurturing environment as they prepare for work and school. They’re hoping to add outdoor recreational space — like a small playground — so the kids have room to play and be active. If you’d like to help make that happen, reach out!

Thank you, Tisha, for opening our eyes to the incredible services right here in our own backyard. We’re proud to call Crestview home to work like this! 🙏

Today, the Rotary Club of Crestview was proud to present Riverside Elementary School with a check for $1,000! 💵🏫

This is exactly why we do what we do. Every dollar raised through events like the Rotary Round Up goes right back into the heart of our community — supporting the schools, kids, and hardworking faculty who show up for our students every single day.

And this gift means even more: it brings Riverside one step closer to funding their new playground! 🛝 We can’t wait to see it come to life for the kids to enjoy for years to come.
