Good afternoon! This message is for those who signed up to o help work the Ag City Music Fest this weekend. Here are a couple of things to know about the event:

1. Please wear an FFA shirt, or a Sherwood shirt if you don't have an FFA shirt.

2. You can wear shorts as long as they are an appropriate length. We have been advised though that we will be parking cars in a field and while it has been mowed, you might feel more comfortable in jeans or long pants.

3. Wear tennis shoes or closed toed shoes.

4. You may want to bring a lawn chair to sit in while we wait.

5. We will have a cooler with waters and Gatorades in it as well as a few snacks.

We wrapped up a great week of FFA camp on Friday with the waterfront carnival and camp awards session. Some highlights from our last day at camp include:

William Miller receiving his State FFA Leadership Pin
JJ Courter being named our All Around Camper
JJ, Brecklyn, Lukas, and Taylor winning 1st place in the swamp canoe race

Good morning all! The Ag City Music Fest is THIS WEEKEND! We are still needing people to help park cars and pick up trash. We are in decent shape on Friday but we are in need of some serious help on Saturday!!

All volunteers get into the event for free, get a free meal ticket AND get FFA points!

Days 2, 3, and 4 at camp have been filled with leadership sessions, tournament play, waterfront activities and SO SO SO MUCH FUN! Tonight we are off to the Main Street Music Hall! It's been a great week at camp!!

We have a couple more spots still open for FFA camp coming up in a couple weeks! This spot is open to all current and incoming FFA members! Basic info of the camp are below. Please reach out to Miss Dohrman at [email protected] for more details.

Dates: June 8th - 12th
Depart: June 8th @ 10am
Return: June 12th @ 3pmish
Cost: $200 (covers all meals/room & board/entertainment except lunch on the way there and lunch on the way home)

This camp is a week long camp at the Lake of the Ozarks. Student spend the week attending fun leadership sessions, hanging out on the lake, playing games/sports, meeting new friends and making great memories.

Don't miss out on this great opportunity!

Our FFA chapter has been given the opportunity to volunteer at the Ag City Musical Festival this June! This looks like an awesome family-friendly event and we need FFA members to help out. We will be parking cars, picking up trash, putting out signs, and various other activities. Below are the details of the events and a link to the sign-up sheet for FFA members!

Dates: June 19th & 20th
Location: 27225 S. Kauffman Rd. Harrisonville, MO 64701
Times: Differ depending on the shifts, see sign-up sheet for times

Students that work shifts get FFA points, a free meal ticket and free entrance into the event. We need at least 5 people per shift so check those calendars and get sign-up!

Here is a list of our summer dates and activities! Please mark your calendars! Sign-up sheets for the Ag City Music Fest and for the Urich Reunion will go out electronically as those events get closer.

Also, the hardcopies of this sheet that went out to students have the dates off by one day for the Urich Reunion. THE DATES PICTURED BELOW ARE CORRECT! The Urich Reunion dates are July 30-August 1. August 1st will be the parade, working the Lion's Club cook shack and the baked potato bar!
