Our Teamster contracts are more than just words on paper. They are legally binding agreements that protect our wages, benefits, working conditions, seniority rights, and dignity on the job.

Teamsters Local 396 proudly recognizes all of our hardworking UPS Feeder Drivers who participated in this year’s Feeder Peak Review Meeting!

As we prepare for the busy holiday peak season, our members are coming together to review important issues, discuss workplace safety, strengthen communication, and ensure that our contractual rights are protected and enforced.

A strong union starts with an informed, engaged, and united membership. Thank you to all of our UPS Feeder Drivers for taking the time to participate and for your continued dedication to our union!

Amazon Teamsters just organized their 8th facility in California, after drivers at DCX7 and DDO6 in Torrance joined the Teamsters on the same day.

This follows other organizing victories across the state including KSBD, Amazon’s key West Coast air hub, and DJT6, one of Amazon’s most important facilities in the U.S.

Amazon workers in California know how important they are to Amazon’s national operations. They’re joining the Teamsters by the hundreds to win the pay, benefits, and dignity they have earned for making Amazon the richest company on the planet.

HONORING INDIGENOUS PEOPLES’ DAY & COLUMBUS DAY

Today, Teamsters Joint Council 42 recognizes Indigenous Peoples’ Day and Columbus Day, two observances that reflect different aspects of our nation's history and heritage.

We honor the history, resilience, traditions and lasting contributions of Indigenous communities across the Americas, while also recognizing the Italian American heritage and cultural contributions associated with Columbus Day.

As we reflect on this day, we celebrate the diverse cultures and traditions that have helped shape our nation and recognize the importance of understanding our shared history.

Teamsters Local 396 members are standing shoulder to shoulder, united and ready to fight for the strong contracts we deserve.

Sanitation Teamsters perform essential, demanding work. We are fighting for contracts that recognize that work through strong wages, benefits, protections, and working conditions that raise standards across the industry.
