Aspire Network We exist as friends on mission to equip churches to multiply disciples, develop healthy leaders, and plant new churches.

Founded in 1869, the Ministry is dedicated to building a strong association of churches committed to Biblical authority, and who join together as partners to accomplish God's mission-objective of transforming unbelievers through a personal encounter with Jesus Christ. TM's covenanting churches, currently numbering 174, are located in South and Central California, Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington and Mexico. In 2006, the association changed its name to Transformation Ministries and, in 2009, envisioned a God-empowered movement of churches with every pastor growing, every church healthy, and every community transformed for Christ. TM is committed to providing excellent leadership training and equipping in a highly relational and supportive environment.

“We as the churches of Aspire are not building our own platforms or protecting our own positions. We are stewarding a Kingdom that belongs to Jesus.” — Dr. Kirk Mackie

This is what it means to be friends on mission. We’re not competing, we’re building something together that was never ours to begin with.

We're in Charlotte this week for Traction 2026, partnering with and

It's been a powerful reminder that we're better together. When churches network as friends on mission more disciple-makers are formed, more healthy leaders are raised up, and more new churches are planted.

Grateful to have our own on stage, and grateful to be in the room.

Friends, celebrate with us! Our friend Mark Neal's new book, The Soul of a Leader, is out today.

Mark has spent years walking with pastors through the hardest seasons of ministry, including his own. This book puts that wisdom in your hands. It's honest, practical, and written for leaders who are tired of running on empty. Developing healthy leaders is at the heart of what we do as a network, and this book is a gift toward that mission.

Congratulations, Mark. We're proud to be on mission with you.
