Aspire Network We exist as friends on mission to equip churches to multiply disciples, develop healthy leaders, and plant new churches.

Founded in 1869, the Ministry is dedicated to building a strong association of churches committed to Biblical authority, and who join together as partners to accomplish God's mission-objective of transforming unbelievers through a personal encounter with Jesus Christ. TM's covenanting churches, currently numbering 174, are located in South and Central California, Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, I

ndiana, Louisiana, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington and Mexico. In 2006, the association changed its name to Transformation Ministries and, in 2009, envisioned a God-empowered movement of churches with every pastor growing, every church healthy, and every community transformed for Christ. TM is committed to providing excellent leadership training and equipping in a highly relational and supportive environment.

Meet Damian Cirincione, Aspire's new Director of Multiplication.

Damian brings over 30 years of ministry experience, a Master of Divinity, and a background that spans church planting, local church leadership, and most recently serving as Executive Director for a state convention focused on church planting and church health.

Now he's bringing all of that to Aspire. He is developing pathways for leaders and churches to multiply healthy, mission-focused communities across the country.

At Aspire, we are "Friends on Mission." One of our favorite things to do is shine a light on what is happening in the churches of our network. Today we are celebrating Mercy Road Church Northeast. 👇
50 baptisms this year. More than any year before. Including 27 in a single Easter weekend, with nearly 2,000 people in attendance. 🎉
And they're not slowing down. This August, Mercy Road NE takes a big step of faith and moves from two services to three.
Pastor Ken Primeau and this team are a testament to what happens when a church stays faithful and keeps saying yes. We are so proud to call them friends on mission.
Will you pray for them? They need volunteers, especially in their kids ministry, as they grow into this next season. Pray for energy, provision, and the right people to step up at exactly the right time.

Yesterday, Oasis Church in Scottsdale, Arizona celebrated 10 lives who went from death to life! We celebrated with them as they baptized those who were ready to take the next step in their faith and publicly declare their faith in Jesus.
