What a week in Hatteras 💙

We’re incredibly grateful to spend time with MGST Richard Anderson and to see firsthand what can happen when a community comes together for a deserving family.

From everyone who donated and helped raise funds, to the local businesses who gave what they could, to the volunteers who showed up and gave their time — thank you. Every meal, experience, donation and helping hand played a part in making this week possible.

We’re proud to call the Outer Banks home and even prouder to be surrounded by a community that continues to show up for one another.

Here’s to an unforgettable week in Hatteras and everyone who helped make it EPIC!

Looking forward to EPIC collaborations with this group. Thanks to all!

This morning's Community Services Collaborative meeting was filled with inspiration & productivity. ✨ And, it was so well-attended that we couldn't all fit in a photo OR a social media post! [it won't allow me to tag everyone].

The Community Services Collaborative meets quarterly with the goals of networking and spurring cooperation among area helping groups.

The EPIC Golf Tournament may be one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, but EPIC is made possible by so much more. 💙

It’s made possible by every person who donates, volunteers their time, shares their resources, sponsors an event, supports a family, spreads the word, or simply continues to show up for our mission.

There are so many ways to give back — through your time, your talents, your resources, or a financial contribution — and every single one makes a difference.

DCCC doing great work! Happy to play a part!

Today we say THANK YOU to 3 important non-profit partners who positively impact our patient care. Often we discover hardships, causing stress and anxiety, when our clinical staff complete the social determinants of health questionnaire with patients.
Outer Banks Relief Foundation, Inc. assists eligible patients to pay utilities or rent to help them through a crisis.
Interfaith Community Outreach offers financial assistance to qualified patients to help with treatment needs.
Our Epic Project has awarded us grants, allowing us to expand our mental health services and partnered with us to put on wellness events

WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER!

What a week! 💙 Our EPIC family had the most amazing time in Corolla, enjoying new experiences, making memories and having the opportunity to rest and reconnect together.

This retreat wouldn’t have been possible without every person, business and organization that donated meals, experiences, services or time throughout the week.
