Eight weeks. Week after week, they showed up. Real change.

Our Transition to Unlocked Purpose graduates changed how they think, gained financial skills, built their LinkedIn profiles, and are now applying for careers straight from their phones. This is what happens when someone believes in a young man and gives him the tools.

Your support keeps that going. At the Christopher A. Pugh II Center, your gift helps us:
• Run programs that build mindset, discipline, and purpose
• Help young men build the skills and profiles employers notice
• Open doors to real career opportunities

Join us at our Harvest of Legacy Fundraiser, Saturday, October 31, 2026, 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at 757 Walnut Knoll Ln, Cordova, TN 38018. Free to attend.

Great food. Deep conversation. Real space to be heard. 🙌

This is what our Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Program provides for the young men in our Foundational Development Program, a place to open up, reflect, and grow together.

Transformation doesn't only happen in a classroom. Sometimes it happens around a table.

👇 Drop a 🙌 if you believe in the power of real conversation.

Happy Monday, everyone! 💛

Some weeks feel easy and some feel heavy. The ones who move forward are the ones who keep showing up anyway.

That's what we see at CPC every week, young men choosing consistency over comfort, one session at a time.

What's one thing you're showing up for this week? Tell us in the comments. 👇

Knowledge is power, and these Kings proved it. 💪👑

Last night, our young men completed a Financial Literacy program in partnership with Paragon Bank, gaining real, practical tools to manage money, build credit, and plan for their futures.

This is exactly the kind of investment that changes trajectories. Grateful to Paragon Bank for partnering with us on this.

Drop a 👏 in the comments to celebrate these Kings!

A meet-and-greet worth celebrating. 🎥

Last week, we officially welcomed three new interns joining us through The Collective Blueprint and NextUp901, a citywide initiative linking early-career talent with employers ready to hire. They'll be with us for the next 6 weeks.
In this feature, one of our interns shares her experience with the program, and our team explains why giving back to the next generation matters so much to us.

Invest in a young man, invest in a community. 💪

Every hour of mentorship. Every dollar toward training. Every person who shows up and says "I believe in you." These aren't small things; they add up to a completely different future.

At CPC, we see it every single day: what's possible when someone chooses to invest in a young man who's ready to grow.

Happy Monday, everyone! Who invested in you when you needed it most? Tell us in the comments 👇

We are thankful to Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation for their generous grant of $5,000, which will go toward supporting our Kings Who Cook program. With this grant, we're able to continue equipping young men with real culinary skills, kitchen experience, and ServSafe certification, preparing them for both life and future careers in food service.

Together, let's plant the seeds of a healthier future for our kids and community. 🌱
