One by One Ministries One by One Ministries demonstrates the love of Christ by mentoring pregnant and new moms. One by One Ministries mentors and educates new moms to parent well.

We train volunteers with an evidence-based curriculum and match them with expecting or new moms who are asking for help. Mentors offer unconditional love, friendship, hope, and parenting education to moms at a critical time in their lives. We educate moms about child growth and teach them activities to do with their children to stimulate brain development. It is our desire to see children grow up in a safe and healthy environment and be prepared for kindergarten. Mentors meet monthly with moms, with weekly contact by phone or text, at least until the child's first birthday. We also have an optional second year program and a discipleship program for moms who desire to grow as Christ-followers. Our vision is that all moms accept God's love and parent well so that children thrive. For more information, visit onebyoneusa.org.

Today, we celebrate the incredible mothers we are honored to serve and support. We are deeply grateful to our generous sponsors who helped make our Mother’s Day Blessing Day extra special for our moms through their thoughtful donations and kindness.

Join us in welcoming Kristyl Lawson as OBO's new Executive Director.

Kristyl brings over 20 years of leadership experience in organizational development, communications, and talent strategy, most recently serving as Director of Learning & Talent Development at Orgill. She is passionate about equipping others to grow intentionally and walk boldly in their God-given purpose and is excited to step into full-time ministry through her role as Executive Director of One by One Ministries. Kristyl and her husband, Steve, have two children and are actively involved in their local church.
