More moments from the 2026 Big Beav Bramble! ⛳📸💚

We couldn’t fit all the fun into one upload! Adding more photos from an incredible day filled with great golf, great people, and an even greater community.

See someone you know? Tag them in the photos! And thank you again to everyone who helped make this year’s Bramble such a success.

What a Day at the Beav! 💚

The 2nd Annual Big Beav Bramble was a HUGE success, and we couldn’t have done it without this incredible community!

This year’s Bramble was about more than a great day of golf. Proceeds from the tournament will support our upcoming Junior Golf Program, helping create opportunities for local youth through access to the game, instruction, equipment, and programming.

And that’s only part of where we’re headed.

Friends of the Beav is committed to helping Beaver Meadow remain an affordable, accessible, and welcoming community resource while creating more opportunities for people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and experience levels to experience the game.

One of our favorite parts of this year’s Bramble? Thanks to the generosity of golf courses throughout New Hampshire, we had enough donated rounds of golf for EVERY participating team to leave with a complimentary round at another course! Because around here, you don’t have to finish at the top of the leaderboard to be a winner. When you support the Beav, you’re helping support something much bigger. 💚

To our sponsors — thank you for believing in what we’re building and investing in Beaver Meadow and our community.

To our golfers — thank you for showing up, having fun, and supporting our mission.

To our Board and volunteers — thank you for the countless hours, phone calls, planning, organizing, fundraising, and behind-the-scenes work that made the day possible.

And to everyone who donated, shared a post, recruited a team, contributed an auction item, or helped us along the way: you were part of this success, too.

The Bramble may be over for another year, but there is a lot more to come from Friends of the Beav. Be sure to follow along for program announcements, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, news from Beaver Meadow, and more.

For 15 years, Nancy Mellitt has poured her heart into helping fight hunger in New Hampshire. ❤️

During her time at the New Hampshire Food Bank, Nancy helped lead our development efforts and was a driving force in raising more than $65 million – the equivalent of over 101 million meals. She was also the driving force behind the annual Steel Chef Challenge and so many other events that brought people together around a shared purpose: helping our neighbors facing hunger.

After 15 incredible years, Nancy has retired from the New Hampshire Food Bank.

Thank you, Nancy, for everything you have done for the Food Bank, our partners and our neighbors across New Hampshire. Please join us in wishing her all the best in a very well-deserved retirement!
