A big thanks to Ryan Sharp for hosting Tim Pratt’s group on Nantucket Island for the day last week. Tim won this amazing experience from the FOB Super Bowl squares raffle earlier this year. Tim and 2 friends played 18 with Ryan, enjoyed lunch and a night at a B&B on the island.
Thanks again Ryan for hosting and thanks to all the participants of our raffle.

Good afternoon Friends of the Beav! A reminder of one of the many great opportunities created by the PGA and offered at our local course, Beaver Meadow, is a program called "Get Golf Ready." This is a great program offered to anybody and designed to introduce golf to new players. this one hour/week - 5 week program covers swing techniques, short game (putting and chipping), rules, etiquette, and more.
If you know of anyone interested in learning this great game, encourage them to reach out to Beaver Meadow Golf Course and inquire about this amazing program that is offered throughout the summer and on different nights of the week.
Its never too late to learn "the game of a lifetime!"

Beaver Meadow Golf Course Professional Josh LaCasse spent some time at Broken Ground School this week. He met with 8 students that will be attending the Beaver Meadow Golf Camp in July. Josh taught each of the students some basic swing skills and sized them for proper clubs. The kids had a blast and the future looks bright for youth golf in Concord.

Congratulations to Andy Fries in winning a custom fit set of Taylor made clubs with the top team score in our Inaugural Masters Pool!

A very impressive final team score of -51 with his 5 players: McIlroy, Young, Scheffler, Schauffele, and Rose.
All 5 of his players were in the top 9, 4 of them finishing 1st, 2nd, and T-3rd!

Thanks to all the participants as I hope it added some extra excitement to your Master's weekend.
