AnthrOhio is the name for the annual convention put on by Morphicon Corporation. It is the most important and well-attended event which Morphicon Corporation sponsors, and is the main reason the corporation exists. AnthrOhio's purpose is to promote the therianthropic arts (educational) and to partner with ancillary organizations who do charitable work in the arts or with animals.

AnthrOhio Furwalk at Gallery Hop: Hops on High!

Join us for another Furwalk at Gallery Hop!

We will gather at the ARNOLD STATUE in front of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Our next Furwalk will take place during Hops on High, an open street festival that includes vendors, performers, and artists. You will be able to walk at your own pace, but please stay with the group and try not to get separated. There will not be a refreshment cart, so bring your own water.

Please note this event starts earlier in the afternoon than our normal time in the evening.

Your safety is important to us. It is important that you are aware of your surroundings.

Full suiting and partials are allowed and encouraged. You do not need a fursuit to participate in the furwalk.

This event is open to all ages.

Despite the heat and humidity, we had a great time at the AnthrOhio Annual Picnic.

We will gather at the ARNOLD STATUE in front of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Your safety is important to us. The Furwalks take place along a high traffic street through a very busy nightlife area. It is important that you are aware of your surroundings. We always need extra Staff & Volunteers to keep everyone safe, please email [email protected] if you are interested in helping.

Full suiting and partials are allowed and encouraged. You do not need a fursuit to participate in the furwalk.

AnthrOhio 5th Annual Car Show

AnthrOhio hosts an annual car show where fellow furries can show off the cars that they are most proud of. Plus, it is in the style of "Cars & Coffee" and we will provide light breakfast snacks as well as coffee.

The cost is Free. This is an all ages event. Fursuits are allowed and encouraged but not required!

In the event of inclement weather, the Car Show will be rescheduled to November.

AnthrOhio Annual Picnic

Please join the AnthrOhio Convention Staff, Event Staff, and the Board of Directors for our annual picnic. We will be providing hotdogs, hamburgers, and all the fixings (until we run out). We will also be providing plenty of yard games.

Cost: FREE!

Pot-luck contributions are gratefully accepted, chips, sides, beverages, or desserts gratefully accepted. We will have electrical outlets for Crock-Pots, too (please use Crock-Pot liners)!

This is an all ages event. Fursuits are allowed and encouraged but not required!

This event will happen rain or shine!
