As many of you may have seen, the MedFlight side of the company has been having quite a ball with these silly photos, and WE. WANT. IN.

Here’s how it works:
👍 Post your best Base Leads pic
❤️ Get your crew, friends, family, and fans to LIKE it
🏆 Whoever gets the most likes WINS!

Today we have the 3 regional directors for Medcare! Caitlyn Douglas, Ben Harr and Christian Riley!

The directors would like to challenge supervisors to get in on the fun!

Visit the MedFlight page and base pages to see all photo submissions!

Game on. 😎🚁

September Ends. The Conversation Doesn't.

As Su***de Prevention Month comes to a close, one message is worth carrying with us:

Hope doesn't end with September.

Every day gives us another opportunity to show up for the people around us.

Send the text. Make the phone call. Invite someone to coffee. Tell your friends you love them. Check on the family member you haven't talked to in a while. Ask someone how they're doing—and give them the space to answer honestly.

Sometimes the smallest moments of connection can remind someone just how much they matter.
And if you're going through a difficult season yourself, remember that things can change. There are people who want to listen, people who want to help, and resources available when you need them.

There is hope. There is help. There is tomorrow.

Let's make checking on each other something we do all year long—not because it's an awareness month, but because we care.

September ends.
The conversations continue.

The connections continue.

The hope continues.

Keep showing up for your people. Keep choosing kindness. And never underestimate the difference you can make simply by reminding someone:

“I'm glad you're here.”

If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. If there is immediate danger, call 911.
