What began as a conference focused on empowering and connecting women in technology has grown into a thriving community spanning multiple cities, industries, and thousands of professionals committed to building a more inclusive future in tech.

Today, we celebrate the mothers who are shaping the future of technology — both at work and at home. 💙

Women currently make up only about 26–28% of the global tech workforce, and representation becomes even smaller in technical and leadership roles. Yet behind so many successful teams, growing companies, innovative ideas, and future leaders are women balancing careers in technology while also carrying the responsibilities of motherhood.
