Central Ohio Manufacturing Partnership Not only does manufacturing provide many foot-in-the-door opportunities, but there are countless areas from which you can choose.

The Central Ohio Manufacturing Partnership (COMP) is a manufacturing-led Industry Sector Partnership that was created to solve the common workforce training, retention and recruitment challenges of its participating member manufacturers. With industry training, degrees, and apprenticeships, modern manufacturing offers flexibility and hands-on training that you won’t find at most four-year schools.

Central Ohio Manufacturing Partnership consists of manufacturing members looking to expand their workforce team and also educational members that offer a wide variety of public schools and job training facilities to help you take your skills—and your employability—to the next level. From aerospace and food production to textiles and pharmaceuticals, there’s a manufacturing career that fits your passion.
