One painting. One very special artist. One purpose.

If you have ever wondered about the “elyn” in Andelyn, meet Evelyn.

Evelyn is one of two pioneering gene therapy patients whose names came together to form Andelyn. Born with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), Evelyn received an investigational gene therapy at just eight weeks old as part of a Phase I clinical trial in 2015. Four years later, the therapy was approved by the FDA.

Her story, along with Andrew’s, became part of the Andelyn name and continues to remind us of the patients and families at the heart of why this work matters.

Now, we are incredibly grateful to have something created by Evelyn herself as part of our 2026 Fore One Purpose Silent Auction. This one-of-a-kind watercolor brings together so much of what this event represents: patients, possibility and hope carried forward.

One painting. One incredible artist. One purpose.

Last year, we had the privilege of introducing you to Talia, our 2025 Fore One Purpose Impact Champion. This year, we are honored to have a piece of her story return to Fore One Purpose through her Wheelchair Watercolors.

Talia lives with CMT4J, a one-in-a-million rare neurological disease. She creates original watercolor paintings using her wheelchair, transforming movement into art and creating pieces that are uniquely her own.

This one-of-a-kind painting by Talia is now part of our 2026 Fore One Purpose Silent Auction.

For us, having Talia’s artwork back at Fore One Purpose is also a meaningful reminder that the families we meet through this event remain part of our story. We continue to carry hope for Talia and the CMT4J community as they work toward a future with better treatments.

Two paintings. Two very special artists. One purpose.

As part of this year’s Fore One Purpose journey, our 2026 Impact Champions, Drake and Vivian, created these one-of-a-kind paintings that are now available in our silent auction.

Each piece was created by Drake and Vivian and represents something much bigger than what you see on the canvas. They are a special part of their story and a meaningful reminder of why we come together each year: to carry hope forward for families navigating rare disease.

The Fore One Purpose Silent Auction is now open!

With more than 50 items, packages, experiences, and one-of-a-kind opportunities, there is plenty to explore — including special artwork created by Drake and Vivian, as well as Talia, our 2025 Impact Champion.

Every bid is another way to be part of the purpose behind this year’s tournament and help us carry hope forward for families facing rare and ultra-rare diseases.

The auction will close at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 24, and you do not need to attend the tournament to participate!

The first Fore One Purpose Golf Tournament brought our community together to support Elly's Team.

As we prepare to surround the Drake Rayden Foundation with that same community, Michelle reflected on what Fore One Purpose has meant to her family:

"They came alongside us at a time when hope felt incredibly precious, and their support helped move our journey forward in ways we could have only imagined. What has stayed with me even more is knowing that what began with Elly has grown into something so much bigger than us. They are siblings living with Nonketotic Hyperglycinemia (NKH), an ultra-rare genetic disorder.

NKH symptoms can include seizures, developmental delays, low muscle tone, breathing difficulties, and other significant, life-limiting challenges.

The Drake Rayden Foundation generously donated these two one-of-a-kind paintings by Drake and Vivian, our 2026 Fore One Purpose Impact Champions, for this year's Silent Auction.

Like so many everyday moments, creating these paintings wasn't simple. Because of the limited mobility and hand tightness caused by NKH, Drake and Vivian couldn't paint in the traditional way. Their family found a creative approach using pour paint, making it possible for them to create these beautiful works of art together.

These paintings are more than auction items. They are a reminder that behind every masterpiece are two incredible children, a family that never stops finding new ways to create joy, and a community that continues to stand beside them.

Our Silent Auction opens closer to our August 24 Fore One Purpose Golf Tournament. Stay tuned for your chance to bid on these special paintings and many other incredible items, all while helping support the O'Sullivan family.
