Cub Scout Pack 2345 Columbia, MO Cub Scout Pack 2345 (Columbia, MO), based out of Cedar Ridge Elementary, helps K–5 youth grow through camping, STEM, community service, and adventure.

We’re a welcoming, family-focused pack where kids learn by doing and leaders support every step.

Join us on Friday, May 15th at 6p in the cafeteria at Cedar Ridge Elementary as we celebrate our Cub Scouts earning their respective ranks!

We will have a short ceremony for the scouts, potluck dinner, and playground time for the scouts.

The pack will provide Jeff's famous smash burgers, hot dogs, and condiments. A sign up sheet for other food items, plates, napkins, etc. will be circulated soon.

This event will mark the "end" of the scouting year, with pack meetings to resume in September. We plan to have a few fun activities throughout the summer like fishing, pizza night, etc. but there will be no formal meetings until September.

Thank you everyone for a successful family day! The scouts (and their families) did a wonderful job cleaning up the playground at Cedar Ridge Elementary!

They also enjoyed a meal together, got some playground time in, then finished off the day with a hike to the South Fork of Grindstone Creek.

Thanks to all the parents for bringing the food and supplies and for your overall support in the development of our youth.

It was great seeing all of your smiling faces and we look forward to seeing you at the next pack meeting on May 4th!

Just a reminder that we have a parent meeting tomorrow, Thursday April 2nd on Zoom at 6:00 p.m. to discuss our spring schedule and upcoming events. This meeting is optional, but if you would like to have input on dates and activities, you will want to attend. The link to the meeting was posted in our BAND group.

Our first Pinewood Derby as a new pack at Cedar Ridge Elementary was a huge success! Thank you to all the families for your hard work to make this event possible for the scouts! We also thank Cedar Ridge Elementary for allowing us to host the event in the cafeteria!

NOW ON TO DISTRICT DERBY!

If your Scout placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in an event, they are eligible to participate in the Booneslick District Pinewood Derby next Saturday, March 7th at the Scouting Adventure Center in Columbia. We already have a few registered, so we hope to see you there!

Quick reminder that our pack Pinewood Derby and Raingutter Regatta are this Saturday, February 28th at Cedar Ridge Elementary in the cafeteria. Check in starts at 10am, with voting for design and races to begin shortly after.

We will have pizza, snacks, and drinks. Looking forward to seeing everyone!!
