Our friends at Unum continue to show up for Transitions in so many ways!

Their team recently volunteered in our kitchen, but their support goes well beyond serving meals. Over the years, their staff have hosted clothing drives, brought Christmas cheer through their annual caroling at Transitions, and sponsored our upcoming Reconstructing Home event!

We’re grateful for partners who continue to give their time and support to our mission.

A big thank you to Elevation Church for spending part of Love Week at Transitions!

Their team spent Saturday working in our Day Center garden, planting, refreshing our garden beds, and helping make this space more welcoming for the people we serve.

We’re grateful for volunteers who are willing to roll up their sleeves and make a difference!

Want to volunteer? It’s easy, and you can serve for as little as one hour!

Chefs’ Feast is possible because businesses and organizations across our community invest in Transitions' work.

Thank you to Pinnacle Financial Partners + Synovus, Aflac, Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, and Main Street District for helping make this year’s event possible.

Their sponsorship helps us create a memorable evening, but more importantly, it supports the work happening at Transitions every day as hundreds of our neighbors find their way home.

We’re grateful to have these organizations at the table with us.

Thank you to Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina for joining us as an Executive Chef Sponsor of Chefs’ Feast 2026.

We’re grateful for their continued investment in Transitions and in our work to help our Midlands neighbors move from homelessness to permanent housing.

We’ll see you August 23 at The WarMouth.

Our board members don’t just help guide the work at Transitions. They roll up their sleeves and serve, too.

A big thank you to board members Mark Hocutt and Terry Davis, along with Transitions CEO Craig Currey, for serving lunch to our clients as part of our quarterly board member volunteer service.

We’re grateful for leaders who are willing to step out from around the board table and serve alongside our team.

A big thank you to Israel of God Church for spending the day serving our clients at Transitions.

Along with Eddie Mack and the Harvest Hope team that operates the Transitions kitchen, they hosted a cookout for our clients and provided clothing for those in need.

We’re grateful for community partners who give their time and resources to care for our neighbors and make days like this possible.
