💖What a wonderful Sunday of community and connection!

We had such a great time visiting the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbia and sharing the mission of Power In Changing with their welcoming congregants!

A special thank you to Melody for the gracious invitation and the opportunity to talk about diaper need and the families we serve throughout the Midlands. 💕

It was also such a treat running into our former board member, Melissa! We love reconnecting with those who have been part of our journey!🎉

And of course, there’s Mina! 😂💗 Always ready to ride out with Mom and help spread awareness about diaper need in our community!

We’re grateful for the warm welcome, meaningful conversations, and opportunity to make new connections. Thank you for having us! 💖

💖💛📚 Making a Difference Beyond the Classroom!

A HUGE thank you to the wonderful faculty of Northside Middle School for spending part of their teacher workday volunteering with us! 💖

Before heading to their staff meeting, these amazing educators rolled up their sleeves to help prepare diapers for our Friday distribution in Kershaw County and sort baby clothing for families in need.
Their willingness to give their time and lend a helping hand means so much to our small organization. It’s community partnerships like these that help us continue showing up for families across the Midlands!

Thank you, Northside Middle School, for showing that caring for our community doesn’t stop at the classroom door! 💛💖
And of course, Henry the Pumpkin couldn’t resist joining in on the fun! 🎃😂💖

Through our continued partnership, 💖Baby2Baby helps us provide essential diapers and baby supplies to hundreds of children and families throughout the Midlands of South Carolina.

As the need for assistance continues to grow, partnerships like this are more important than ever. Every shipment helps us keep our shelves stocked, support families, and ensure that little ones have access to the essentials they deserve.

🚨 OUR SHELVES ARE EMPTYING FASTER THAN WE CAN FILL THEM. 🚨

We need our community’s help.

With recent reductions and changes affecting social assistance programs, Power In Changing is experiencing higher-than-normal requests for baby food, formula and other basic necessities. At the same time, our own funding is limited, and we are seeing a decline in the resources available to help us meet this growing need.

🚨Every container of formula pictured in this post is already gone.🚨

The baby food on our shelves is going quickly, too.

We are doing everything we can to help families who come through our doors, but we cannot distribute what we do not have. And right now, families are asking for help faster than we can replenish these items.

💖WE NEED HELP. 💖

We are especially in need of unexpired, unopened baby formula, baby food, infant cereal and toddler snacks. Monetary donations also allow us to purchase the items families are requesting most.

We know everyone is feeling the strain. If you are able to give💖even a few jars of baby food, a can of formula, or a small monetary donation🎉it matters.

Families are asking. Our supply is getting low. Help us keep saying YES when we can. 👶💕

We’re excited to share that Power In Changing will continue serving families in Kershaw County at a new distribution location, thanks to our partnership with United Way of Kershaw County.💖😃
We are incredibly grateful to United Way of Kershaw County for welcoming us into their space and allowing us to set up shop to distribute diapers and essential baby items to local families. 💖Partnerships like this help ensure services remain accessible, dignified, and community-centered.💖🎉
